I wanted a place that feels closer to a bench notebook than a feed: dated entries, stable links, small pages, and no machinery between writing something down and putting it online.

The first version is almost aggressively plain. That is the point. A static page can be backed up, moved, searched, printed, and ignored by most forms of technological fashion.

Good project notes should be boring infrastructure for interesting work.

Next up: moving a few old notes into this shape and seeing which rough edges matter after a month of actual use.
